About me
Hi, I’m Sophie.
I’m an executive operator who turns strategy into execution—and makes organizations move.
I work in complex, regulated environments—banking, insurance, fintech, and SaaS—where performance, delivery, and alignment need to come together in a way that actually holds. My focus is simple: making sure what’s been decided gets executed, and that it delivers.
Over the years, I’ve worked across transformation, modernization, integration, and turnaround mandates—helping organizations regain control of their performance and move forward with clarity. I tend to operate hands-on, aligning leadership, defining what “good” looks like in practical terms, and ensuring teams deliver against it.
My work has included leading a $12M P&L and large consulting teams, generating $5M in new revenue within 120 days, opening new markets and delivering $7.5M in revenue in under a year, and securing partnerships with 4 of Canada’s 5 largest banks.
I’m usually brought in when things need traction—when alignment is off, execution is uneven, or momentum has slowed. I focus on restoring clarity, building discipline, and getting organizations moving again.
Bilingual (FR/EN), Canada-based.
What I Do
-
Own performance — P&L, delivery excellence, service quality, cost-to-serve, operating cadence
-
Build operating discipline — governance, KPIs, decision rights, portfolio control
-
Lead enterprise change — modernization, integration, turnaround, restructuring
-
Drive commercial performance — go-to-market execution, pipeline discipline, market expansion
-
Ensure customer outcomes — service design, experience, measurable quality

Beyond the Role
If you asked me what I actually do… I’d probably start by saying I tend to end up where things are a bit messy. Not broken, but not moving the way they should.
Strong strategies, good people, a lot of ambition — but something isn’t clicking. And for some reason, I’ve always been drawn to that moment. I like figuring out what’s really going on underneath, where things are getting stuck, and how to get people moving again.
I think it comes from how I’m wired. I’ve never been satisfied with what’s on the surface. I want to understand how things actually work — how decisions get made, what’s not being said, where things slow down. Once I see it, I can’t really unsee it.
And that’s usually where I step in. Sometimes it’s running a business, sometimes it’s growing something that has potential but needs structure to hold. The context changes, but the core of it doesn’t. It’s always about bringing clarity.
I’m pretty direct about it. I’ll say what needs to be said. I’ll make the call when it’s needed. But I care a lot about how people experience that. People don’t need to be pushed — they need to understand where they’re going and feel like they’re part of it.
When that happens, everything changes. Things move. You can feel it.
That’s honestly the part I love the most — that moment where a team shifts, aligns, and starts moving together. It’s hard to explain, but when it happens, everything changes. There’s a sense of momentum, of shared purpose — people are engaged, the energy changes, and you know there’s real potential ahead for everyone involved. That’s usually when I start hearing, “you’ve got us“.
And I think what they mean is that I stay steady. I don’t get pulled into the noise. I focus on what matters and I don’t let things drift. I’ll say no when it matters. I won’t overcomplicate things. And I’ll stay with it until it works.
It’s not about control for me. It’s about making sure what we’re trying to build actually happens — and that people feel good being part of it.
Because at the end of the day, that’s what makes the difference.
Things move — and people want to be part of it. And for me,
that’s what the work is really about.
Strategy is easy. Making it work is the job.
